Food Safety Work Supervisio
On the afternoon of 13th June, Hua Jiahong, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Executive Vice Mayor, came to our school canteen to carry out food safety supervision  featured in ‘implementing the responsibility of territorial management and the main responsibility of enterprises’. Jiao Ling, Party Secretary and Director of the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, participated in the supervision.
First and foremost, Hua Jiahong and the inspection team came to the canteen of Weilun Kindergarten of our school and the first and second canteens of Anqing Foreign Language School successively. According to the task list of guarantee supervision, Hua Jiahong inspected and supervised the operation and management of our school canteen, the implementation of the food safety responsibility system mechanism, the ‘daily control, weekly investigation, monthly scheduling’ ledger records, the procurement and supply of food ingredients, the processing and operating environment, food storage and retention samples, the publicity of food safety knowledge in addition to the prevention of catering waste by means of field inspection, discussion, exchange and access to archives. Furthermore, Anqing Foreign Language School’s President Madam Huang Wenli reported in detail the specific requirements and practices of the daily management of our school canteen.
To conclude, Hua Jiahong stressed that it was necessary to resolutely implement the ‘four strictest’ requirements put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping on food safety, pay close attention to the hidden problems of food safety, and comprehensively promote the implementation of food safety featured in ‘implementing the responsibility of territorial management and the main responsibility of enterprises’; In the  meantime, Anqing Foreign Language School was determined to strictly implement the principal responsibility system for food safety, strengthen the food safety work flow and management norms, strictly control important links such as food and raw material procurement, processing and production, lay emphasis on balanced nutrition, and do a good job of dish allocation, so that our students could eat healthily, and parents could rest assured, which would effectively protect the food safety of teachers and students.
